This is a mid-level management position. It requires a person with strong organizational and administrative skills with the background in arts management and in particular in music production, office operations, supervision of volunteers, artist hospitality, and marketing; ability to multi-task and coordinate the many activities of a festival office, organize support staff, and with audience development. Knowledge of and enthusiasm for classical music; good communication skills; high energy, creativity, integrity, professional presence and a sense of humor.
Assist and executes/supervise all operational functions of OMF as assigned by senior staff; meets set goals; coordinates activities; works closely with the General Manager to reach operational goals of the office.
Reports to General Manager.
Type of Contract
Hourly, part-time position with limited benefits. Possibility of expansion in the future.
