​CONCERTS BY ORPHEUS ACADEMY ORCHESTRA​


Concert One: Bernstein, Story Without Words

West Side Story, the great American classic now retold in a form of a concerto for string quartet and orchestra receives its West Coast premiere at OMF 2017.

Ulysses Quartet, Grand Prize and Gold Medal winners of Fischoff National Chamber Music Competition will be in residence at OMF 2017 appearing in recital and as featured soloists with Orpheus Academy Orchestra.

Also on the program: Mozart famous Haffner symphony and the rarely hard, poetic masterwork by Czech composer Bohuslav Martinu.
